Giorgio Rocca, great champion and major player of the skiing world, as well as winner of the World Cup Slalom in 2006, will also be in Sestriere December 10th and 11th to watch the Alpine Skiing World Cup women’s giant slalom and slalom races. Besides supporting the athletes in the finish area, he will attend the prizegiving ceremony and the public bibs draw, official events that will take place in Fraiteve square Saturday afternoon. The former national champion stated: “Sestriere enriches my career. I won here in 2002 and I took part to the Olympics “Torino 2006”.
