After the great influx during the Christmas holidays, the Organisation Committee of the Ski World Cup 2020 is actively back to work. Thanks to a truck excavator and a snowblower, an access road to the main arrival area at the bottom of the slopes was created. Work began on Monday 6th January evening, right after the closing of the ski station, when the Vialattea’s tucks started to breach the 1meter of multi-layered snow. By doing so, the next morning the area had been successfully reached. Stands and TV cabins are planned to be set up, as well as the pressroom, the technical areas and the longue hosts and VIP. From today, more than 100 people, including Vialattea employees, ski instructors and Brigata Alpina Taurinense soldiers, are working on the preparatioin of the finish line area and the slopes.
