The picturesque trail winds entirely through the forest of the Gran Bosco di Salbertand Nature Park. The forest road with its breath-taking views allows you to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature until you reach the characteristic hamlet of Seu, where time seems to have stopped. On the way back, to close the loop tour, you can return to Sauze d’Oulx via Monfol.
The route involves the use of the Vialattea lifts.
The famous route Via dei Saraceni can be done by following the classic route, that is, going up from the Col Blegier road, or it can be done starting from Piazzale Prariond by using the chairlifts that go up to Sportinia and Rocce Nere. While riding the Assietta Road starting from Col Basset, bikers will find themselves immersed in a unique natural landscape; in fact, from here they can enjoy the wonderful panorama offered by this stretch of road on the Susa and Chisone Valleys.

A beautiful and scenic route that allows you to ride along the famous Assietta military road, which with its altitude and strategic position offers spectacular views of the Susa and Chisone Valleys. During the trail, between ups and downs, we reach Mount Genevris and then pedal until we reach a hilly plateau and the Assietta obelisk, a memorial of the historic battle.
