The fifteenth edition of the Sestriere Film Festival will take place from August 2 to 9 at the Cinema Fraiteve in Sestriere, the highest movie theater in Europe at 2,035 meters above sea level. The festival will conclude with a final concert on Sunday, August 10 at 11:30 AM at the Alpette Refuge. New this year, the program includes afternoon events at the prestigious Casa Olimpia, while the meeting point for the “Friends of the Festival” will be the Bar QB in Sestriere.
The event is organized by the Montagna Italia Association, in collaboration with the Municipality of Sestriere and with the support of the Turin Chamber of Commerce, with the goal of promoting the mountain environment through high-altitude cinema.
Once again this year, Vialattea is a proud partner of the Sestriere Film Festival and will also support the Montagna Italia Association in the other stages of the “Spirit of the Mountain” International Film Festival Circuit.
