*All BABY ski passes (for children born in and after 2017) include the “Vialattea Sci Noproblem” policy. For the issue of BABY ski passes, an identity document certifying the age of the eligible person and the signature of a responsible adult guaranteeing the accompaniment of the child while skiing are required. SELF-CERTIFICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
**For UNDER15s, OVER65s and GOLD ski passes, proof of age of the eligible person is required. SELF-CERTIFICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
During the period of validity:
– Vialattea and Montiluna 6- to 15-day ski passes have two Montgenèvre extensions included in the chip.
– Montiluna/Montgenèvre 6- to 15-day ski passes have two Vialattea extensions included in the chip
– holders of the Montiluna 6- to 15-day ski pass are entitled to a Vialattea extension upon presentation of the valid ski pass at the Italian ski resort ticket offices.
– holders of Vialattea 6- to 15-day ski passes are entitled to a Bardonecchia extension by presenting the valid ski pass at the Bardonecchia ski resort ticket offices along with the coupon available, upon request, at Vialattea ticket offices.
The prices of all ski passes may be adjusted in the event of an increase in VAT or further significant increases in the cost of electricity.
Use of the lifts and slopes may be conditioned by bans, limitations and restrictions on the mobility of persons imposed by the Public Authorities for reasons relating to the international geopolitical situation or energy conservation, as well as other reasons that make them necessary or appropriate.
There is a ski pass which expressly offers the opportunity to also use the ski lifts and ski slopes of the ski resort of Montgenèvre which are located in France and are managed by Regie des Remontees Mecaniques del Montgenèvre, the organisation responsible for the custody, maintenance and safety of the slopes, the operation of the lifts, rescue and the management of accidents. The user must therefore comply with the regulatory provisions regarding the use of the ski lifts and ski slopes in force in France, and those specifically imposed by the operator. Moreover, the user acknowledges and accepts that Sestrieres has no responsibility for any impossibility to use the ski lifts and ski slopes of the Montgenèvre resort, for the existence of limitations to their use, or for any damages suffered during their use or while visiting them. Consequently, the user acknowledges and accepts that they shall not be entitled to any reimbursement, compensation or indemnity for any cause, title or reason whatsoever from Sestrieres, in the hypothetical situations contemplated above or for any other event occurring on the slopes and facilities of the Montgenèvre ski resort and in the facilities and areas related to them.
There is a ski pass which expressly offers the opportunity to also use the ski lifts and ski slopes of the ski resort of Bardonecchia which are located in the same municipality and are managed by Colomion S.p.A., the organisation responsible for the custody, maintenance and safety of the slopes, the operation of the lifts, rescue and the management of accidents. The user must therefore comply with the regulatory provisions regarding the use of the ski lifts and ski slopes in force, as well as those specifically imposed by the operator. Moreover, the user acknowledges and accepts that Sestrieres has no responsibility for any impossibility to use the ski lifts and ski slopes of the Bardonecchia resort, for the existence of limitations to their use, or for any damages suffered during their use or while visiting them. Consequently, the user acknowledges and accepts that they shall not be entitled to any reimbursement, compensation or indemnity for any cause, title or reason whatsoever from Sestrieres, in the hypothetical situations contemplated above or for any other event occurring on the slopes and facilities of the Bardonecchia ski resort and in the facilities and areas related to them.
CAUTION: It is compulsory to always write your first and last name on the ski pass, otherwise it will be withdrawn by the controlling staff.
Please note: ski slope users are legally required to take out insurance for damages or injuries that they may cause to third parties, including the operator.
The ski piste rescue service is subject to payment of a fee.
Compulsory insurance for civil liability for damage or injury caused by the skier to third parties, including the operator, can be purchased from any insurance company that provides it.
The “Vialattea Sci Noproblem” policy is offered by Sestrieres S.p.A. at the cost of € 3.50 a day.
The “Vialattea Sci Noproblem” policy offered by Sestrieres S.p.A. a s.u., is available for optional purchase and includes two different, unseparable types of insurance cover:
– compulsory cover for liability for damage or injury that the skier may cause to third parties, including the operator;
– non-compulsory cover for medical expenses and reimbursement of ski equipment and ski passes in the event of an accident and for assistance and return home.
