From August 2 to 9, 2025, the Sestriere Film Festival will celebrate its 15 edition in the scenic setting of the Cinema Fraiteve, the highest cinema in Europe at 2,035 meters above sea level. A special event will close the festival: the final concert at Rifugio Alpette, scheduled for Sunday, August 10 at 11:30 AM.
Organized by the Associazione Montagna Italia, in collaboration with the Municipality of Sestriere and supported by the Regional Council of Piedmont and the Chamber of Commerce of Turin, the festival continues to be a key reference for mountain culture, promoting the value of high-altitude lands through cinema.
This year, Vialattea is once again a partner of the event, reaffirming its commitment to promoting the region and supporting Montagna Italia in the stages of the international circuit “Spirit of the Mountain” of which the Sestriere Film Festival is a part.
