In the early hours of monday, november 3rd, thanks to below-zero temperatures and altitude, the programmed snowmaking system was activated in Sestriere. A cold window that allowed its operation, for the first time this new season, in the alpette area. A wake-up marked by the soothing sound — music to skiers’ ears — of nebulised water instantly turning into snow.
As soon as conditions allow, we are ready to proceed in the other areas too!
