On Saturday 6 December the first ski lifts of the Vialattea ski area will open. Thanks to the programmed snowmaking activity, supported by the work of the Technical Department teams, it has been possible to carefully prepare several slopes in all areas of the ski resort.
In recent weeks, the Vialattea team has been working constantly, using every cold window to ensure a homogeneous and high-quality snow cover.
SESTRIERE
In Sestriere, thanks to the new and highly efficient snowmaking system, it will be possible to ski on various slopes in the Alpette sector, with the possibility of descending as far as Borgata, and preparations are being finalised to also open the lower part of Banchetta.
The following lifts will be open:

- SC. Baby left and right
- TP. Jolly left and right
- SG. Trebials
- SG. Capret
- SG. Garnel

SAUZE D’OULX
In Sauze d’Oulx it will be possible to ski in the Sportinia area on the upper and middle sections of slope 11.

SANSICARIO
In Sansicario you will be able to go up as far as the top of the Sellette chairlift and, passing through Soleil Boeuf, ski down to Sansicario, or ski on the Baby slope.

CLAVIERE
In Claviere it will be possible to go up to Colle Bercia, with the possibility to ski in the Coche sector and follow the slopes down to the village.

SEASON SKIPASS COLLECTION
We inform our customers that, for the collection of Season Skipasses, the ticket offices listed below will be open on Saturday 6 December and Sunday 7 December at the following times:
- Sestriere: Vialattea Headquarters (Piazza Agnelli 4) from 7:30 to 17:00
- Sauze d’Oulx: Vialattea Ticket Office (Piazza Assietta) from 7:30 to 16:00
- Sansicario: Sansicario Ticket Office from 7:30 to 16:00
- Claviere: Claviere Ticket Office from 7:30 to 16:00
MANDATORY HELMET
Please note that from 1 November 2025 Italian law makes it compulsory for everyone to wear a protective and approved helmet when practising alpine skiing, snowboarding and telemark skiing.
Preparation work on the slopes will continue at full speed in the coming days to enable an increasingly wider and more homogeneous opening ahead of the upcoming holidays.
