Time to hit the slopes on April 10 in Sestriere in order to celebrate the 40th edition of the Uovo d’Oro signed for the first time by the prestigious partner Lauretana. It’s an important birthday for the classic Easter event that attracts many young skiers from all over Italy and even abroad to the slopes of the Vialattea.
The 40th Uovo d’Oro Lauretana is a giant slalom race included in the national calendar and also open to foreign athletes. It is an event organized by Sporting Club Sestrieres and is reserved for the Children and Pulcini categories, young athletes born from 2007 to 2016. To facilitate the running of the race, multiple tracks will be set up on the slopes of Sestriere, in the Alpette area, and the athlets will descend at the same time, each along a course suitable for their category.
As per tradition, at the end of the race all participants will receive the classic chocolate egg, and get ready for the final awards ceremony.
