The opening days and times of the ticket points can be found HERE. Please note that the ticket offices will be open only on the days when the related lifts are open. The Smart Points, on the other hand, are active 24/7.
You can purchase online using the PRINT&GO option: select the ski pass on the e-commerce website in the dedicated section, purchase it, and receive a voucher with a QR code via email. This code can be used to pick up your ski pass at Print&Ski Boxes, Smart Points, or traditional ticket offices.
Print&Ski Boxes are devices equipped with QR code readers that issue the ski pass purchased online with PRINT&GO 24/7. Scan the QR code received via email to obtain your ski pass in seconds, avoiding queues at the ticket office.
Yes, only skiers who have registered on the Vialattea Webshop can purchase the Vialattea Skicard for €10.00 at the ticket offices of the Italian ski area. Personal appearance is required as a photograph will be taken.

The Summer Pass Baby can only be purchased at the ticket offices of the ski area upon presentation of an identity document proving the child’s age. For the full-price Summer Pass, no document is required.
Holders of the Vialattea International and Vialattea|Bardo 2024-2025 season passes can enjoy a 50% discount on the purchase of the Vialattea|Bardo Summer Pass, valid on lifts operated by Sestrieres S.p.A. and Colomion S.p.A.
The transportation of unaccompanied children is allowed only in the case they are not less than 1.25 m tall, except for children less than or equal to 1.25 m tall who can prove that they are at least 8 years of age. Accompanying persons may be those in charge (relatives or relatives-in-law); persons to whom those in charge have delegated, even informally, temporary guardianship (e.g., instructors, mountain guides, friends); those who at the time of boarding agree to accompany them. The persons in charge and the persons, to whom the persons in charge have delegated, even informally, must first assess the children’s aptitude to use a chairlift, organize themselves accordingly, and inform them about the rules of use and how to behave on the chairlift, including in case of arrest.
Absolutely not! The ski pass is a strictly personal document that cannot be duplicated, exchanged, transferred, or altered. If used by someone other than the registered holder, it will be permanently confiscated, and the holder will not be entitled to any refund or replacement.

Yes, it is possible to transport your own bicycle on the chairlifts. In fact, all lifts are bike friendly and fully equipped with a transport system for any type of bike.
“Bike-friendly” corners are set up near the start of the lifts in order to provide two-wheel enthusiasts with basic services for their MTBs (e.g., inflating compressor, water pump).
