Discover enchanting landscapes and high-altitude itineraries with the ski lifts
During the summer months, Vialattea offers some ski lifts to fully enjoy the mountain at altitude and easily reach breathtaking panoramic points and enchanting itineraries immersed in greenery and the silence of nature.
The summer lift opening project is shared with the municipalities of Sestriere and Sauze d’Oulx, their respective Tourist Consortia, Turismo Torino e Provincia, and the high-altitude routes are organized by the relevant municipalities.
The program for summer 2025 includes the opening in Sauze d’Oulx of the Sportinia and Rocce Nere chairlifts and in Sestriere of the Nube d’Argento chairlift, which goes from Borgata to the Anfiteatro area. Thanks to the lifts, you can ascend to altitude and reach magnificent panoramic terraces offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and access to various routes suitable for all needs, ideal for hikers, bikers, and lovers of downhill and adrenaline-filled descents.
Here are the details of which lifts will be open and during which periods:

Sportinia Chairlift in Sauze d’Oulx: weekends of July 12-13, July 19-20, and daily from July 26 to August 24;

Rocce Nere Chairlift in Sauze d’Oulx: from August 2 to 24;

Nube d’Argento Chairlift in Sestriere : weekends of July 19-20, July 26-27, and daily from August 2 to 24.

*BABY: For BABY Summer Tickets (born in 2017 or later), an identity document proving the child’s age and the signature of a responsible adult guaranteeing the child’s accompaniment are required. SELF-CERTIFICATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
In addition, holders of the Vialattea International and Vialattea|Bardo 2024/25 season skipass will receive a 50% discount on the purchase of the VIALATTEA|BARDO SUMMER PASS. Vialattea Ski Card holders will also receive exclusive discounts on certain types of Summer Tickets on your online purchase.
The lifts will be open continuously from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Prariond ticket office will be open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and the automatic ticket machines at Clotes, Prariond, Vialattea Sauze d’Oulx, Sestriere Borgata, and Sestriere Kandahar will be operational 24/7.
